The villa is new, luxurious, stunning and was and still in superb show home condition with some designer features plus a games room with a large pool table, table tennis and darts. There is high speed internet throughout with wired or wireless access.There is the added benefit of FREE USA local and national telephone calls, PLUS FREE INTERNATIONAL CALLS TO CANADA AND PUERTO RICA only. Seven brand new LCD television sets including a DVD player.
Outside there is a large heated cascading pool with an outside lanai, a garden Barbecue corner. Poolside loungers, towels, plates, cutlery and much more are provided so you have everything you need for a great vacation. You can lounge by the pool enjoying the perfect peace of Aviana community. Being a gated community and a lovely neighbourhood, you immediately, feel comfortable to take nice walks, bird watching amongst other activities.
Just about ten minutes drive to Disney with all the fun and excitement for the whole family. Also close by is Sea World and Universal Studios and a lot more local attractions and things to do for all day and night fun and excitement. Further away are Busch Gardens and the fantastic Atlantic and Gulf Coast beaches. The popular convention center is only approximately 11 -14 minutes, easy drive, too.
